Access to 55j is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Age verification is mandatory before any real-money activity can take place.
Each player is permitted one 55j account only. Duplicate accounts are a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses pending investigation.

All bonuses credited to a 55j account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of issuance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not withdrawable until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

55j provides mandatory responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Activating self-exclusion closes your account and restricts re-registration for the nominated period.

By accessing the 55j website at 55j.bio, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the 55j Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the 55j Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms applicable at the relevant time.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 55j. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the 55j Platform or create an Account.

In accordance with PAGCOR policy, any Account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.
Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on 55j. All duplicate Accounts and associated funds are subject to immediate suspension and potential permanent closure.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the life of your Account. 55j reserves the right to suspend any Account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any One-Time Password (OTP) with any other person. 55j will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that is attributable to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact 55j support immediately.
Note: 55j customer support agents will never request your password, OTP, or full payment card details. Any person claiming to be a 55j representative and requesting such information is not affiliated with 55j.
Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or pledge your Account or any balance held therein to any third party.
55j is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. KYC verification at 55j requires submission of:
55j may at any time request additional documentation from any Player. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until the required documentation is submitted and approved.
55j accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods available to Philippine Players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (via DragonPay), M Lhuillier, Cebuana Lhuillier, USDT (TRC20), and USDT (ERC20). The list of available methods may be updated periodically at 55j's discretion.
The minimum deposit amount at 55j is ₱100 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum USDT deposit equivalent values are displayed at the time of transaction. Minimum deposit amounts are subject to change without prior notice.
You warrant that all funds deposited to your 55j Account are your own property, legally obtained, and not sourced from any criminal or unlawful activity. 55j reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to decline or reverse any deposit that it has reasonable grounds to believe may be connected to money laundering or other financial crime.
Third-Party Deposits Prohibited: 55j does not accept deposits made on behalf of a Player by a third party. Any deposit found to originate from a payment method not belonging to the registered Player will be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawals from your 55j Account Wallet are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of the 55j compliance team. Pending KYC status will restrict withdrawal processing until verification is complete.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to method availability. Indicative processing timelines are as follows:

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal amounts and daily withdrawal limits vary by Player tier and verification status. Specific limits are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your 55j Account dashboard.
Winnings generated from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Any attempt to withdraw such funds prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional awards made available on 55j are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with the individual promotion:
Wagering Contribution: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–15%). Game-specific contribution rates are published in the individual promotion terms.
Each game available on 55j is governed by its individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these general Terms, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.
All games on 55j utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics operated by licensed game providers. 55j does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are disclosed in the game lobby and are independently verified.
If a technical error, software fault, or communications failure occurs during a gaming session that interrupts or corrupts a game round, 55j reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's Wallet. Winnings generated during an erroneously completed round attributable to a technical malfunction may be voided at 55j's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 55j Platform. Breach of this section may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the 55j Platform — including but not limited to the 55j brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, imagery, and all other materials — is the property of 55j or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 55j Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, reverse engineering, modification, or commercial exploitation of any 55j content or software.
55j collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 55j.bio/privacy-policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.
By registering an Account on 55j, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, PAGCOR regulatory reporting, AML compliance, account management, and personalised gaming experience delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 55j's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the net Real Funds balance held in the Player's 55j Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.
55j is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the 55j Platform.
55j does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows and unplanned outages may temporarily limit access. 55j will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and notify Players of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.
Players may close their 55j Account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat interface in their Account dashboard. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any Real Funds balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and subject to there being no outstanding fraud, AML, or compliance investigation.
55j reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) 55j has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) 55j is required to do so by applicable law, PAGCOR directive, or court order; (c) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period exceeding 24 months; or (d) 55j determines that continued operation of the Account poses a financial crime, AML, or fraud risk.
55j reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — 55j will provide at least 14 days' prior written notice via the registered Account email address and a prominent notice on the 55j website. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.
Your continued use of the 55j Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including disputes regarding their validity, breach, termination, or interpretation — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 55j's customer support team to attempt resolution through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process. 55j will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.
